Fire Dancer Swiss Chard Recipe

Ingredients
- Fire Dancer Seasoning & Rub, 1 Tbsp.
- Swiss Chard, 2 bunches, Rainbow or Red, rinsed thoroughly
- Onion, 1 small, chopped
- Olive Oil, ¼ cup
- Sea Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Before cooking food, cut 1 inch off the end of chard and discard. Continue to chop the stalk and set aside. Chop the rest of the leafy green chard and set aside.
- In a large skillet, add olive oil and heat to medium high. Toss in onions, chard stalks and sauté for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add leafy green chard and sprinkle with Fire Dancer seasoning. Cook chard for 6 minutes, turning over constantly with a pair of tongs.
- Pull skillet off heat and let chard continue to cook. Salt and pepper to taste and serve hot. Recipe Serves 6.

Fire Dancer Seasoning & Rub is also great as a fajita seasoning.
