- Fire Dancer Seasoning & Rub, 1 jar
- Sweet Potatoes, 4, sliced thin on a mandolin
- Grapeseed Oil, 4 cups
- Before cooking food, in a large pot, heat oil to high. In small batches, fry the potato slices for 10 minutes or until golden to light brown.
- Place fried chips on paper towel covered baking sheet and sprinkle liberally with Fire Dancer Seasoning & Rub. Repeat until all chips are fried and seasoned. These are delicious with Fire Dancer Yogurt Dip! Recipe Serves 6.
